A TEA MASTERCLASS and FOOD PARING at t-lounge by Dilmah was a tea tasting event which I organised for the International Expat Association.

A journey through the tea plantation, smelling all different kinds of teas and tasting them, finding the favourite cup for each individual palate.

The food pairing was a delicious way of concluding the trip for taste buds and a lovely celebration of Ceylon Tea right in the middle of Colombo. Drinking tea now is appreciated more than before, knowing how much hard work goes into tea producing.
