The annual medical tests reported in the previous blog post are held in a building directly opposite the children\’s school. After eighteen months of remote schooling bar a scant few days for which schools re-opened, it was sad to see the normally vibrant premises stood empty and silent, devoid of young life. All children are suffering and yearning to be back in the classroom with their teachers and friends.

So near, and yet so far. We can only hope.
