D-Day arrived, with the first trip on the school bus departing at 06:40 and returning at 15:30.

Hurrah!  I don’t know if I was being excited more than the children, but believe me, life has become much easier for all three of us and the stress level has dropped dramatically. Emilka is no longer panicking in the morning that she will arrive late at school (she never arrived late!), Misa is not nervous in the afternoon where am I in the taxi and where is the car parked, and I don’t need to keep booking the taxi twice a day and make numerous calls to the customer service enquiring where is my car I booked the night before for the children to go to school!

There are always two members of staff on the bus – a teacher and a helper making sure everything is in order and everyone is safe. Our children travel with five other children from our condominium; so seven out of the fifteen in total due to social distancing rules.

Safe travelling! You have no idea how my life has changed for better!
