When you are hungry on a long car journey, pizza goes down a treat it seems even if you have to eat it sitting on the kerbside at a highway filling station, watching cars queueing before the currency crisis and associated fuel shortage mean that there is no more fuel to buy.  Aruna’s BMW runs on premium diesel and we just made the round trip on one tank, this fuel already being unavailable when our weekend commenced.

His driver finally managed to fill the car up today, three weeks later bar one day so it has had to languish in the home garage in the mean time.
