Good Friday evening saw us take a walk along Negombo beach during our weekend away.  Although with ample space to maintain distance it was the busiest place we’ve been in the past year; lots of locals out for the late afternoon sun and with plenty of food stalls if anyone fancied a snack.  Before long, nightfall had arrived but the happy vibe continued.
