Before Easter 2020

Just to make sure I hadn’t lost my touch and would be able to make traditional Czech Easter bread, I had two dummy runs in the days before Easter.  The loaves were delicious, as was the wholemeal bread I baked.  No wonder I am putting on weight despite daily swimming and walking up many flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator!
