Mitsi’s is a Serbian grill serving delicious lamb, beef and chicken kebabs so what better place for a gathering of the brothers who make up Independence Night to celebrate the birthday of one of us, Pavel.  Misa joined too as an apprentice Independent Man and we enjoyed his company as much as he did, ours.  A lovely time, ending with us by far the last diners to leave and the waiter having a generous tip to thank him for quite literally, waiting!

Brother Rajeev’s home is known as R-Bar, and as an after-dinner destination it lived up to its name once again until the small hours; sitting outside with a gentle breeze to temper the heat and humidity, enjoying good company and fine Cognac.  Another memory to look back on.
