Preparing an adjacent apartment tower for repainting.  Whilst you can see that the roller isn’t restrained from falling if the operator let go and likewise that the heavy grinder is only restrained by its electrical supply cable, what you can’t see are the guys on the ground without a hard hat in sight and paying scant attention to what was going on above.  SSL.
