Fruit salad

I have already written to you about the fruits of all kinds that are sold in Sri Lanka.  Melons, bananas and papayas are available all year round, some fruits like rambutan, mangosteen or dragon fruit are seasonal. Apples, grapes or oranges are imported and costly. We try to eat brightly multicolored fruit salads daily for breakfast (Steve has started to enjoy it too!) and make a smoothie with oats and fruits for children – a great snack or a quick breakfast. You would like that too!
