Christmas cannot be without Vanocka/ Christmas loaf. I wanted to try the oven in our new apartment and I have a large tin, so I thought I would bake three small ones; two for my friends and one for us.

Ok, but I don’t have a bowl! What now?  Hmmmmmm. The sink will have to do.

The dough raised beautifully and I had baked them within two hours.  My family had it for breakfast, and even Emi liked it; she stated that it was delicious. The last one is always the best.
