Baking again

Christmas loaf can be eaten anytime so as soon as we returned from our travels, I baked a few of them. We always ate half and gifted the second half so our friends could taste delicious Czech produce too.
My sourdough bread from the big oven is also delicious and I am getting the hang of it, even though the shapes are not great.
A friend lent me a mixing bowl, so luckily I don’t have to do the dough in the sink or in the bucket again!
