The lease for the apartment we are currently living ends on 18th December; the day we were supposed to leave Sri Lanka, but we have extended Steve’s contract and staying now at least until July 2021. We decided to move to a different apartment for a change of scenery and for little bit of excitement in our monotonous Covid lives.

Change is good, right?

We have been looking for months for suitable apartment to give us more space, if home schooling and home working to continue next year. We found a spacious apartment with big rooms and a bath in family bathroom in a small block of apartments on top of a bank. The apartment has got a lovely wooden floor and the balcony view is stunning. 

Now we hope the contract will  be signed soon and we we will move before Christmas.
