Living a privileged life in tropical Sri Lanka has given us numerous opportunities to enjoy little pleasures, moments of mindfulness and special situations that we can’t relive anywhere else even if we tried.

Coffee on our apartment balcony, chilling on the sun lounger by the roof top swimming pool, or having afternoon tea are just a few of such simple pleasures – especially when shared with my mum. 

Running on the treadmill or using the bike whilst watching the sun set over the Laccadive Sea are two more. 

Priceless moments to bottle forever that I am grateful for.
