15th and 25th July, 2022

On these two dates I went to the town hall to complete paperwork, on each occasion taking one of the chidren with me to show them the Ceremony Hall where Steve and I were married over 22 years ago. They’ve seen it many times when watching our wedding video (grainy VHS footage complete with dodgy animated graphics that Steve digitised some years ago before we lost it completely), but had never before been there for themselves. It was lovely to take them and to remember the special day.

With the formalities of each visit complete, Misa enjoyed a delicious lemonade and a breakfast of vegetarian enchilada, and Emilka a fruit juice and meatballs in IKEA where we went afterwards!
