5th to 17th July for the boys, 6th  July to 10th August for the girls

What have we been up to?

Misa – Lots of chilling on gadgets in a horizontal position, sweet treats and pizza eating, helping cut the grass, managed to apply for a Czech ID and a Czech Passport to become a real Czech Citizen, going on a scooter ride with mummy and daddy, riding a bike to Poland, keeping his grandma company, attending a few family gatherings.

Emilka – A week’s horse riding camp she loved, eating her favourite rolls (rohliky) with ham, pizza from the ‘Pizza Over the Street’ (Pizza pres ulici) takeaway and lots of sweet treats, attending a few family gatherings, a week illness with vomiting and aching all over during the hottest week of summer holiday and loosing 2.5kg as she didn’t eat, picking up raspberries and sweetpeas from her aunty’s garden, keeping grandma company, luxury glamping in Beskydy with babi and mummy Rennie, a Girl’s Wellness Stay in Hotel Kamzik, a scooter ride to Uvalno and back for an ice cream, babysitting 3.5 years toddler Adamek to give his parents time together.

Rennie – Cooking and baking, meal preparing, washing and ironing, going for a coffee treat with friends and a family members, babysitting Nikolka’s Adamek on several occasions, managing to persuade the boys to go with the girls on a scooter trip, riding a bike to Poland, taxiing people around in my brother’s car, attending few family gatherings, visiting neighbours from our street, walking up the stairs to Cvilin hill on several occasions, a staycation in Prague, luxury glamping in Beskydy with babi and Emilka,  the Girl’s Wellness Stay in Hotel Kamzik, reunion with Uni girls who visited Sri Lanka, a scooter ride of 12 km to Uvalno and back for an ice cream with a fall at the beginning of the ride, a dentist appointment to have a broken tooth fixed, eating lots of ice cream and cakes. 

Steve – Collecting the girls from Krakow airport with cousin Kuba, working, a long day’s business trip to Frankfurt by air via Ostrava and Warsaw on the way out and Krakow on the way back, more working and working, joining in with family gatherings, going on a scooter ride with mummy and Misa, sorting out the broken motorcycle key, cleaning the motorcycle spotlessly.
