Before getting ill with Covid and after recovering, Mum and I have been baking Czech Christmas cookies and enjoying it very much.

As we made 4.5kg of them (that is a lot!), I decided to raise some funds and wrapped 10 lovely parcels, each with 350gr of delicious cookies, and offered it to the members of the International Expat Association (IEA) I am still very active in. 

All 10 parcels are gone and I raised about £70 for IEA chosen charities. I was super proud of myself.

We have some cookies left for our holiday to enjoy with a coffee by the beach. This time with my mummy and our very good friends like family. Martin, Nikolka and their son Adamek. Can’t wait.
