An annual pre-requisite for our continued residency is a medical test, and third time round it was a walk in the park.  We know the drill and the place was nearly empty as hardly anybody is entering the country to live, and many who were here and who would like us have needed renewals have instead returned home.

The process was efficient and within 1.5 hours we had our health cards in our hands.  Chest X-ray, blood tests for Tuberculosis, Malaria, HIV/AIDS and Filariasis, and once that was all shown as normal, we had a consultation each with a doctor.  We were deemed healthy and issued the required cards.

And so our third year commences.  Where does the time go?
